General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and jidbazz ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the jidbazz website, mobile browser platform, games, betting markets, promotions, and all related services. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using jidbazz immediately and close your account by contacting the support team at support@jidbazz. Continued use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent amendments.

• These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the jidbazz brand, including the casino, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, virtual sports, and cricket betting markets.
• jidbazz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
• It is the Player's sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of jidbazz after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• jidbazz may translate these Terms into other languages for convenience, but the English version shall always prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between versions.
• These Terms should be read together with the jidbazz Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any specific game or promotion rules, all of which are incorporated by reference.
• Any failure by jidbazz to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jidbazz is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your personal responsibility to ensure you are eligible before registering an account or placing any bets. jidbazz actively verifies eligibility and will take action against accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold exactly one registered account on jidbazz. Multiple accounts per player, per household, per device, or per shared IP address are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, jidbazz reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses or promotional winnings accumulated across those accounts.

When registering your jidbazz account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jidbazz account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jidbazz strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account to protect against unauthorised access. You must notify the support team immediately at support@jidbazz if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

jidbazz processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively. No currency conversion fees are charged by the platform. All supported payment methods are listed below. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time subject to the operational status of the respective payment provider.

• All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds with no intention to wager is prohibited and may result in account closure and the return of the deposit amount minus any processing fees incurred.
• jidbazz reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited, particularly for large or unusual transactions. Players are required to cooperate fully with such requests.
• Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to the player's account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. In exceptional cases, manual confirmation may take up to 2 hours.
• jidbazz does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by the player's payment provider (mobile operator transaction charges, bank fees, etc.) are the player's sole responsibility.
• Chargeback requests, payment disputes, or reversal requests submitted to a payment provider without first contacting jidbazz support are treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to a player's account, jidbazz reserves the right to recover the incorrectly credited amount. Any bets placed using incorrectly credited funds may be voided.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

jidbazz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to Bangladesh players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL, Eid, T20 ICC tournaments, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

Bonus funds are credited to the player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods vary by promotion and are clearly stated on each promotion's detail page.

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per shared IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another player under any circumstances.
• jidbazz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where we have reasonable cause to do so.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, or exploiting software errors — will have all bonuses forfeited and their accounts permanently closed.
• Free bet credits awarded as bonuses are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from free bets (above the value of the stake itself) are eligible for withdrawal, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• jidbazz reserves the right to request additional information from a player before processing a withdrawal that includes winnings derived from a bonus, to verify compliance with the applicable promotion terms.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, the T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh will have specific start and end dates. Bets or deposits made outside those date windows do not qualify for the associated promotion.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and virtual sports available on jidbazz are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules governing each individual game — including return to player (RTP) percentages, side bet rules, and round mechanics — are determined by the respective game provider and are accessible within each game's help or information section.

jidbazz does not alter game outcomes, manipulate RTP settings below the certified values, or operate any proprietary game engine. All RNG-based games use certified random number generators that are independently audited by the game studios' respective testing laboratories. jidbazz operates as a distributor and aggregator of these certified games, not as their developer or licensor.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on jidbazz, you agree to use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You acknowledge that jidbazz has the right and obligation to monitor account activity for compliance purposes and to take action against accounts that breach these Terms.

• You must not use any software, script, bot, artificial intelligence tool, automated betting system, or other mechanism to automate interactions with jidbazz, including automated bet placement, odds harvesting, or account management.
• You must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the jidbazz platform, its servers, databases, APIs, or any of its game provider integrations.
• You must not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or bonus outcomes to your advantage or that of any other player.
• You must not use your jidbazz account for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own legal name.
• You must not use abusive, threatening, racist, or offensive language in any communication with jidbazz support staff or in any live chat or game chat feature available on the platform.
• You must not attempt to exploit any software error, game malfunction, odds pricing error, or payment processing error to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated as a result of an obvious pricing or software error are not payable and may be voided.
• You must not share, sell, or transfer your account credentials or account balance to any other person. jidbazz accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not register more than one account on jidbazz, regardless of the payment method or device used.

Breach of any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles jidbazz to take immediate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

jidbazz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances. Account closure by jidbazz is a final administrative decision and will be communicated to the affected player via their registered email address where practicable.

• The player is found to be under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during account activity.
• The player has provided false, misleading, fraudulent, or unverifiable information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the Prohibited Conduct section above.
• The player has engaged in money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or any other activity that jidbazz is legally or operationally required to report or act upon.
• The player has registered multiple accounts or has been found to be coordinating activity with other accounts for abusive purposes.
• The player has self-requested account closure or self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings or via the support team.
• jidbazz is required to close the account for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons beyond the platform's direct control.

Where an account is closed by jidbazz due to a suspected breach of these Terms, the account balance (excluding any bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited activity) may be returned to the player's verified payment method following the completion of any internal investigation. jidbazz is not liable for any losses, inconvenience, or financial costs incurred by the player as a result of a justified account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their jidbazz account may do so at any time by contacting the support team at support@jidbazz. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of standard withdrawal verification procedures.
